Welcome to the Kentucky National Guard’s Community Outreach site where our mission is to “Bring the National Guard to the Community, and the Community to the National Guard”.

The Kentucky National Guard’s Community Outreach branch links Kentucky communities together in support of Service Members and their families. Community Outreach acts as a conduit of resources and information between the Kentucky National Guard, communities, and a wide variety of organizations throughout the Commonwealth.

Community Outreach is the spearhead of Kentucky’s Joining Community Forces initiative. This initiative is aligned with First Lady Michelle Obama’s and Dr. Jill Biden’s Joining Forces program and seeks to focus the efforts of local providers with one common goal: to strengthen the local military community.
